Our meeting planning services range from production to entertainment and all the details in between. Creative Director – Gary Devar has been providing creative and presentation services in the diverse worlds of trade shows and sales meetings for over 25 years. As creative director he has written , cast and directed national sales meetings for Kellogg’s, Meridian Yachts, Convergys, Culligan Waters and International Truck to name just a few. Gary has worked with hundreds of companies across the country in the areas of script writing and revisions, conceptualizing, while also providing demonstration and presentation coaching services for many high-level executives.


Lindsay Reams - Graphic Design After graduating Northern Illinois University in 2000, with a major in Visual Communications, Lindsay Reams worked for an advertising firm in Glen Ellyn, IL where she gained a lot of experience both artistically and interacting with her graphic design clients. Her vast experience in Graphic, Print and Web design has made her an indispensable asset to the PM Productions team.







Tracy Fuller designs and produces our meetings utilizing her vast experience of producing shows throughout the country. From multi-media technology, set design, lighting and décor we’ll deliver your message keeping within agreed upon budget guidelines.





Game Shows – A terrific and entertaining way to create excitement and involvement during your meeting or conference. Many of the most popular TV games shows are now available for your next meeting. Productions feature professional sets, authentic contestant podiums with lockout buzzers, mics, sound system, video screens and custom software.
